Refund policy

At NRVANA, we stand behind the quality of our products. Because our beverages are consumable goods, we generally do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used.

Returns

  • Unopened, unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.

  • To be eligible, items must be in their original packaging and in resellable condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at info@sipnrvana.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
