Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Times

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

• Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the continental U.S.

Restrictions

• At this time, we only ship within the United States. (Update if international shipping is offered.)

• We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or certain states where hemp-derived products are restricted (if applicable).

Lost or Delayed Packages

• NRVANA is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

• If your order is lost in transit, please contact us at info@sipnrvana.com, and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
